The Role modelling course is an easy to access course to support clinicians and healthcare professionals to deliver impactful role modelling in a clinical environment.

The learning outcomes for the course are:

 To consider the importance of role modelling in a healthcare setting

 To reflect on the characteristics of good and poor role modelling

 To explore strategies to improve role modelling within your own practice
