This online resource is a collaboration between RCP and Maudsley Learning and continues a shared commitment to actively promoting this critical area of mental wellbeing, particularly given the current context of Covid-19. This resource takes a holistic approach to explore how clinical leaders can proactively support the wellbeing of their teams.

The material has been designed to provide leaders with a clear understanding of their key role in workplace wellbeing and offers a framework to use at individual, team and organisational levels.

One theme that has emerged from the first wave of Covid-19 is the need for those working in healthcare in particular to manage uncertainty. The resource shares insight into this area together with practical strategies which leaders can apply to better manage uncertainty on an individual and team basis.

Novo Nordisk has fully funded all costs for the development of these resources. Novo Nordisk has had no influence on the development or content of these resources and full editorial control remains the sole responsibility of the Royal College of Physicians (RCP).
